Hello! I’m Ashley!
Ashley Ward, LPCC | she/her
“I never thought I was an angry person, but lately I feel angry all the time.”
“I love my kids, but motherhood hasn’t been what I expected. I don’t remember who I am outside of being a mom.”
“I feel overwhelmed all the time, even when I shouldn’t feel that way.”
“We used to be connected, but lately my partner and I can’t seem to get on the same page about anything.”
“My anxiety is so bad that I can’t seem to do any of the things I want to do.”
“My faith used to feel certain and sure, but now I’m not sure what I believe at all anymore.”
“Why can’t I just get over it?? Why am I making such a big deal out of so many things that aren’t a big deal at all?”
If you’ve found yourself thinking or saying any of these things: you are not alone. You make sense. You are not a problem, or a burden, or any of the other things you’ve told yourself.
The areas I love to work with most are grief, anxiety, complex trauma, postpartum care, birth trauma, the motherhood journey, religious trauma and couples. I work with adults age 18+, and all genders and faith expressions.
